1. Acceptance of terms

By using WhenWas, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

WhenWas is a mobile app for tracking dates and related notes, photos, and reminders. The app works on your device and stores your content locally. It does not require an account and does not sync your data to our servers. The Service is provided "as is".

3. Your content

You are responsible for the content you create and store in the app. Because data stays on your device, you are also responsible for backups if you want them (for example, through your own device backup tools). Uninstalling the app or clearing app data may permanently delete your local content.

4. Acceptable use

• You may not use the Service for unlawful purposes.
• You may not copy or distribute Service materials (other than your own content) without permission.

5. Intellectual property

All rights to the Service, design, and branding belong to WhenWas unless otherwise stated. Your own entries and photos remain yours.

6. Limitation of liability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or absolute accuracy of information you enter. We are not liable for loss of local data on your device or for decisions made based on information in the app.

7. Privacy

Our data practices are described in the Privacy Policy. In short: WhenWas does not collect or transmit your app data to us or to third parties.

8. Changes to terms

We may update these terms at any time. The current version is always available on this page.
